Very strict NO refund policy under any circumstances. Staff will not tell you this, even when they know you are buying a gift for someone else. D- with BBB and lots of negative reviews by customers. Also check prices... same product was $234 in store and I found it for $80 on Amazon.ca. Huuuuge mark ups.
