We had brought our Carpet Cleaning truck to get the heat exchanger fixed (We had it quoted as $800 months prior) he charged us $1380. Brought it in again as there was some kind of leakage, he claims compression nut pop up and blamed us and charged us another $50 (Weather was mild in November) he fixed it but he forgot to put the brass fitting in again. You can imagine the frustration bringing it 3x. John, the rude mechanic Yelled at my wife and said "TELL YOUR HUSBAND BRANDON NOT TO COME BACK HERE AGAIN!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! Seems like they don't take accountability for their mistakes and blames the customers instead. Very unhappy customers
