The Metal Detector

Worst business transaction of my life. The owner Shane offered me $400+ for my car as scrap. I requested that the 4 tires would be returned. Shane sold the parts, scrapped the car and refused to pay anything for over 4 months. He screens his calls and never answers the phone. I had to call from friends phones in order to get a call returned. 6 months after the transaction I still have not been paid the promised money. The tires I was promised were never returned.
