Called fore cab to come at 830pm. I gave them 45minutes . at 824pm called to ensure cab would be there. The dispatcher said for sue. 830 came and went no cab called again and was told the cab was there. No cab . called again reminded the dispatcher told her I had booked a cab earlier for 830 nocab then she said prebooking doesn't work that way. This piece of {expletive} company does not deserve to be in business lying to customers not showing up for prebooked trips and shitty Custer service. Aviod this company like the plague
