AJAX APPLIANCE & REFRIGERATION

The first time I had to call Ray for my BlueStar range, he told me to call the manufacturer and ask for a free retrofit, which I did and it saved me a service call and the cost of parts. BlueStar sent me an entire, free oven door. Last week I had to call him for an igniter, and he came out and did the repair very quickly showed us how to do future repair ourselves (and what generic part to order). That was fantastic! I told him to leave the door off the stove so I could clean it, and I would reinstall myself. I couldn't... and I had to call him. Even though again, BlueStar offered to ship me an entire new door for free as they thought it was an issue of a bad hinge, Ray made a trip out to Leduc to replace the door himself properly, and didn't charge me a second service call. He's very knowledgable and helpful.
