I've brought in my personal laptop here twice and an external hard drive from work and all three times I've had great service. Staff are knowledgeable, prices are reasonable and service is quick. They don't try to push any products nor do they try to pretend there are other problems to repair that aren't there. They are conveniently located in the downtown core and they promptly call you when your equipment is ready to go. In the case of my external hard drive they were able to save the data and download it to a new hard drive that cost me half the price as the original that had malfunctioned. Definitely a good and reliable place to go for computer repairs. I would use them again in the future, that's for sure!
