The worst experience ever!! I had a manicure and pedicure and the spa attendant poked my left toe and cut me. Which caused a Terrible painful foot infection. It swelled up and it hurt so much. I had to go to my doctor. It was a horrible experience. .. pain, agony and a huge inconvenience of making 2 trips to the pharmacy and my family doctor while caring for my Toddler Son. I spoke with the owner of the nail salon his name is Van and he was not sympathetic , he did not want to refund me the pedicure nor did he want to pay for my medication I had to buy to treat my toe infection!!! I'm disgusted with the entire treatment and experience. I'm so upset. Horrible customer service. The owner does not care and he did not feel any compassion or remorse for what has happened to me as a result of his Spa Negligence.
