They didn't show up. We have a hornet problem and needed it done asap. I sat at my house for hours with no call. Arranged for care of my child, since {expletive} was a hornet extermination. The receptionist did not seem to care about the inconvenience when I called to ask where they where. She said they I should have assumed since it was raining that they were not coming??? I've never had a problem like this before do how could I assume that? I chose then because they are "family owned & operated", so I thought there customer service would be good; I was wrong. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend.
