Absolute slum! Do not be fooled by the airbrushed pictures and glorified wording on the Greenwin website. Both 1240 and 1244 Donald have MAJOR infestations of bed bugs, cockroaches, and mould. The drinking water makes pets sick and probably people too if you drink enough of it. There is HIGH CRIME in these buildings including drugs, car break ins, and murders. Water gets shut off sometimes several times a day. The whole B2 (basement) of the building is locked up and caged off to the public because it is literally crumbling. The B1 level is also falling apart and concrete and rusty water will ruin the finish of your car. Sometimes it is impossible to reach someone if there is a problem in your apartment. They "say" there is an after hours number to call but it is just a pager that no one ever checks. Living in this building is like being in a third world slum. Elevators are constantly breaking. BEWARE of these buildings they are a dump!
