School of Rock Markham is the very first Official School of Rock in Canada and the only Official School of Rock in the GTA!!
We believe the best way to learn music is to play music. We take students from the lesson room to the stage, developing both their confidence and musicianship with programs designed for all skill levels. Our performance-based teaching method is an immersive experience that inspires our students to be their best. We get our students playing music as quickly as possible because we know that that is what our students want to do. As a result our students become more interested in the theory of music. Through our performance-based approach to music lessons, School of Rock students are more inspired to learn, more motivated to excel and more confident as a result. We teach guitar, bass guitar, keyboards, drums and vocals in an interactive environment. Started in 1998 in Philadelphia, we now have over 200 Locations in 10 Countries.
