Toronto Living Care Services provides services to their clients that are non-medical in nature and are intended to assist clients with their daily living activities We provide personal care services that include but are not limited to; activities of daily living support and personal care; ensuring persons are reminded of their medication needs; housekeeping services; personal laundry services; nutritional meal planning and preparation; shopping and errands; assistance in getting to and from appointments; maintenance of household records; companionship; and safety supervision.
Toronto Living Care Services is an in-home personal care services agency that is focused on providing assistance that is not medical in nature but, is based upon assisting the client in meeting the demands of living independently and maintaining your private home. Our mission is to promote the highest quality of life and to provide a support system to enable individuals to remain safely and comfortably accommodated in his or her own personal residence; to maintain an individual’s respect and dignity; and give their family members peace-of-mind knowing that their loved ones are being cared for by our qualified, trustworthy and compassionate home care providers. Hourly Rates: Home care costs are most commonly assessed at an hourly rate, particularly for clients who remain independent in the majority of their daily living activities but would benefit from companionship and/or limited assistance. The national average hourly rate for such services is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Cost varies significantly depending on services being provided. Overnight Rates: Overnight rates are also offered by Toronto Living Care Services to ensure safety and security of clients who may get up frequently during the nights or wander due to dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Overnight rates typically consist of 10 - 12 hours coverage by the caregiver. Services are available 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
