Victoria Trail Physiotherapy

Fractured elbow, after 4 weeks prescription given for physio. Attended Clareview physio and was told I was entitled to 7 free visits before being charged. After 3 visits, they submitted for reimbursement to my Blue Cross without advising me that I would not be getting 7 free. Called and spoke with Jody, she was to investigate and get back to me about how to get my $180 back, she never called me back. I then placed a follow up call to her, she was not in so I left a message in November but she has never returned my call. I would not advise attending this business as what they say and what they do are not the same. I attended mid Aug/Sept 2015 and will not use their services again.
