Dealing with Pam "one of the owners" was a complete nightmare- very unprofessional! She called to inform us that the fees are going up for the second time, a week before the next 6 month cheque was due- my husband made a comment "oh geeze going up again hey.." She completely lost her cool and said get out" (she said so with a few choice words...). I tried to contact her she yelled and swore at me within 3 seconds of the phone call of me asking if she was serious.... Anyways- the gentleman they hired Tim is great with people and customer service- he called and gave us a months cost back for the hassle we went though- However- the owners are absolutely the worst to deal with! I don't recommend this place to anyone!
