McDonald's

I ordered a quarter pounder and a small root beer from this location yesterday. WHen I placed my order, I was surprised that they didn't ask me if I wanted to upsize it. They then told me that they would give me the total at the window. WHen I drove up to the window, it looked like they were trying to figure something out. One of the two staff at the window passed me my change without saying the total amount change verbally. I also had no idea what my total bill was, they never verbally told me. I had to ask what my total was. Apparently the staff member had put on the order in the car behind me on mine and he had to fix it. My order was correct and did come in good shape. THe food was consistent with any other location but the service was not up to par.
