still have not returned its been 22 months, at month 6, after making another useless trip to the Queen Street Store, I had lost all patience and I escalated the matter to the store manager Massimo Magnante, he spoke to me on the phone I was in the middle of store, which he manages. it turns out unbeknownst to me, Victor, their lead repair tech with either “contractor,” “tenant” or “outsourced employee”(he used all 3 terms); not employed by Telus or ApexWireless.ca , I assured Massimo no such representation was ever made to me; and all his team acted very much like employees. He then enquired if I had seen Victors’s pay stub or a T4; he stated without proof that I had seen either of these documents there was absolutely nothing that Telus or Apex Wireless would do. I have written countless emails, I finally located the email address of Andrew Westlund, ApexWireless.ca President, and when I started to cc’ my emails to Mr. Westlund, that was sufficient to get Massimo to at least reply;
