Anna Andrewin the last week If I could give this rating a 0 I would. Everyone BEWARE, Melissa Tennet will quote you a low price to get you in the salon. Once you are there, she will double the price she quoted you. I sent her photos of my hair and what I wanted which she didn't even bother to look at. When I came in she said I had "hella long hair", very professional. My appointment was for 11:15 I was 10 minutes late. When I got there I waited for her until 11:38. We proceeded to go into the back of the salon she told me she wouldn't be able to start my hair because she had other clients coming in. I asked her why did she book me for 11:15 if she couldn't do my hair she told me "well you were half an hour late". even though I waited for her for around 15 mins. Originally quoted $120 she quoted me over $300 in her shop and to come back another day. Definitely do not recommend. And what she wanted to do to my hair was nowhere near what I wanted/showed her.
