I asked for full highlights and a trim. I watched as she did my highlights top to bottom on the front of my hair, but couldn’t see her only do crown highlights in the back of my hair. Not until I got home did I realize that all underneath closer to the back of my hair was not even done. I pull my hair forward in front of my shoulders and wear it up all the time, so it was so obvious my hair was two colours! They told me they would fix it but i have to make another appt and pay more. I checked their website, i already paid more than what it says i should have for what i wanted. i was told they were running a business not a charity.She even made a comment that I should have known I wasn’t paying enough. Seriously. For a company that literally ALWAYS has a Groupon on the go for discounted services, they can’t even make sure a customer paying full price is getting what they asked for. I am now paying another salon to fix this.
