I would give no stars to this company if I can. They never come to refill your oil unless you call them. Last year we had 5 times ran out of heating oil and they couldn't come to refill even by the same day! We had to live overnight at -30 degress for several times. We usually called them in the morning, but they could never come to refill at the same day. We always have to wait until next day. Avoid this company before you sign any contract with them!
