These people are extremely rude and do not care about their customers. They should realize that people do not go bankrupt because of choice, they go bankrupt because they have no choice. Having a heart in certain situations would go a long way when people are faced with hard times. Extremely ill mannered company, with no respect for others. Guys believe me there are far better trustees you can deal with. I highly recommend Kunjar Sharma and Associates. Rumanek & Company Ltd should be shut down and not be allowed to deal with the public. I am surprised that the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy does not do spot checks on these so called trustees.
