Fitness is a passion for me and a big part of who I am.
For the past 18 years, I have learned that being in shape helps me to perform my daily activities to the best of my abilities, being less prone to injuries and illness.
A large part of my journey includes learning how my body reacts to stress and finding a solution to get myself healthy again.
Digging deeper into my health lead me to find out about proper nutrition and how to build my body back up to peak performance.
It is essential to have a strong core in order to build a solid foundation for a healthy life.
