My name is Leslie Hodgins. I’m a fitness coach, RMT, an author and a mother. As you can imagine, I am very busy.
I did my training and certification through Can-Fit-Pro. I have experience and knowledge on many forms of exercise, equipment and routines.
My aim, my vision, is to create customized routines for anyone in the world, so that anyone who wants to get fit, and healthy, can no matter where they are, whether they have access to a gym or just want to work out at home.
