LILLIA ARTSIMENIA EUROPEAN DESIGNER DRESSMAKER

I was recently at Lillia's with a friend to discuss some alterations to be made to her wedding gown. A free 15 minute consultation was scheduled to meet and discuss what would be done and pricing. Since there is no price range or hourly rates at all on the website, and Lillia would not give any pricing details prior to the consultation, we had no way to make any kind of estimate of what the services would cost. Lillia's quote was extremely high at over $500 for simple alterations. After the appointment, my friend spoke with her fiance and family about the cost and she unfortunately had to turn down the services as it did not fit within their budget. She informed Lillia immediately, who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Upon returning Lillia shoved the crumpled up gown into my friends hands and slammed the door. Very Rude and Unprofessional!
