I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I am so passionate about providing emotional and psychological supports to adults with different culture and ethnics. If you wish to assess your life style, observe the positive and negative effects of your beliefs on your behaviors, I will be happy to help you. As a result of your observation, if you wish to make changes in light of understanding how thought patterns and life perspectives affect your daily life, I will walk through this path with you.
I provide emotional and psychological treatments in a warm, calm, non- judgmental and compassionate approach to ensure you are emotionally safe to explore your feelings and thoughts. My areas of practice are depression, anxiety, stress management, Phobia, self-esteem issues, post motor vehicle accident issues, relationship and sex therapy. I support multiculturalism and enjoy working with immigrants and refugees. I work with refugees who hold Interim Federal Health (IFHP) certificate. The eligible refugees are covered by Medavie Blue Cross insurance for Psychotherapy services.
