Promote a client-centred counselling experience. Your safety and comfort is our first priority. From the moment you arrive, you will notice our warm and inviting waiting area that welcomes you to relax and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. We appreciate that counselling can be difficult, and possibly even scary, which is why our offices have been designed to be more home-like and comfortable. Provide effective counselling services based upon industry standards and client needs Our therapists are trained in various methods such as: Gottman Couples Counselling, EMDR, DBT, CBT, Hypnonsis, and Play Therapy. We have Registered Psychologists and Registered Provisional Psychologists which are all licensed and have the ability to provide receipts to assist in the reimbursement of your health coverage. We are also pleased to provide a sliding fee scale in our practice that depending on your circumstances will range from $120 per hour to $180 per hour.
