As a real estate professional I am committed to service. I am a Rotarian, a parent, a husband, and a caring individual.
My experience as a negotiator started as the eldest of seven siblings, often the mediator. As a realtor I have spent 10 years on the Business Practice committee. We are the ethics “watch dogs” investigating consumer complaints against Realtors and disputes between realtors. I have been a yoga practitioner for 17 years and learned the benefits of a calm patient approach. I enjoy fishing, camping, biking, skiing, gardening, and listening to people share their stories of the Comox Valley. I believe both sides should come away from an exchange feeling like winners.
