Educated at the University of Toronto, I was employed for a number of years in hospitals and children’s agencies.
It was in the work with children and their parents that I developed my enduring interest in the issue of abuse, its long term effects, and the problems associated with trauma. I have now been in private practice for thirteen years. I take pride in my work, and moreover, enjoy it. I consider it a privilege that individuals and couples share their difficulties with me, and I am confident that my training and experience enable me to be of assistance. My fees are moderate and in many cases are covered by my clients’ insurance benefits. I am a goal-focused, compassionate therapist whose own life experience has led me to great respect for those who work towards health and growth. I believe that the past can be just that!
