As a professional counsellor and life coach I create a nourishing space that allows for growth and transformation, where old patterns can be released and new visions can take hold. With compassion and humour I challenge clients to step out of their comfort zones and into their power. Change isn't always easy, but staying locked in self-defeating patterns at the expense of vitality, creativity and freedom isn't either.
