Regina’s passion for healing others and deep appreciation for complimentary and alternative therapies led her to a career in Wholistic Energy Healing, Life Coaching and Intuitive Counselling. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and has extensive training and experience in Counselling. She successfully completed training in numerous modalities including Usui Reiki (Reiki Master), Therapeutic Touch (Level 2), Access Consciousness Bars, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR), and Healing Massage. Being aware of the unique individual needs of each client, she holds a safe space for the process of self-awareness, personal growth, discovery and transformation. Regina acts as a vessel to remove energy blockages, re-balance the chakras, and enhance the flow of Life Force Energy to facilitate the person's natural Self-Healing process of the Mind-Body-Soul . Her clients report wholistic experiences of deep relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, accelerated injury recovery and a sense of rejuvenation and general well-being.
