I've had fine hair my whole life. In my mid-30s it started thinning and I've lost about half my hair. 2 months ago I started using Let It Grow and it's worked really well. Here are my results.I have always struggled with dry, damaged hair due to colouring it, bleaching, perm solution, ect since I was 13. I always had to use a ton of conditioner in the shower just in hopes to try and get a brush through it. I was given a sample of Monat and with just two washes, I did not even need a conditioner to brush my hair after the shower. I became a believer and now am a MP and use the Balance system for my hair.
