This landscaper come over to my house end of July 2018 didn't finish install my sod and deck railing, I paid him full for Sod and 75% for the deck. Left all his tool and garbage bag at my back yack. Call him many time won't answer then give me a date will come back did not. Making up story his truck got stole come by with Mitsubishi sport car and tell me going to Vancouver pick up use truck need more money from me, then never show up again. This is very upsad his name is Chris Kossowski
