I prepaid for electrical and plumbing repairs to my house in January 2019. Cyril actually moved in because he needed a place to stay or he would be on the streets and he said the work would be completed faster. He use to bring the the mail when he shovelled the driveway. I let him stay. June 7 2019, he has not completed the work to date, refuses to leave and is threatening me with all sorts of UNSEEN charges I never requested to complete.
