Jason Attack, an experienced Recreation Therapy Assistant from Kitchener, ON is dedicated to helping seniors in the K-W area live their life to the fullest by planning an active healthy lifestyle and providing the opportunities for active seniors to maintain balanced lives into old age with professional support work.
$20/hour Senior Citizen Services include:
- Transportation and support work for shopping, recreational outings, daytrips and appointments
- Help with heavy lifting and house work
- Falls prevention education and gentle exercise instruction
- Lifestyle Planning and healthy activity involvement
- Dog walking
Complimentary friendly visits are included with every Senior Citizen Service.
