Lisa and Michael are truly invested in the health of their clients from all angles. Not only will they look after your training, but also recovery (and healing of older sources of pain), diet and mental health. They put the time in to get to know you and create training sessions that are specific to your goals. I especially appreciate that they take the time to explain things. I train with Lisa (with a couple sessions with Michael) and both are motivating, knowledgeable and kind - they will go above and beyond what is needed. When I told Lisa that I may not be able to continue training after a procedure, without her needing to she looked into ways I could continue some exercises to maintain strength. I’ve done cupping sessions with Michael and was a skeptic going in, but after one session I was a total believer and convinced my mom to start treatments for her chronic pain.
