I had an older freezer in the basement that had to go!! Nova Scotia Power came to remove it on their "old appliance" program. They said the freezer could not be transported up the stairs from the Basement, that it was near impossible. They would come back and get the Freezer when it was moved to the main floor. I contacted Family Movers. 20 minutes after Family movers arrived, the freezer was on the main floor and while they were here they moved a fridge down those "impossible stairs" into my basement. So if you want good honest, fast, professional and polite service..call Mike at Family Movers.
