Harmony and Balance Reiki

Description

Harmony and Balance provides 60 minute reiki sessions by a certified reiki practitioner. During the session you are either lying down or sitting in a chair, it is the clients preference. The environment is very calm and promotes deep relaxation. With deep relaxation comes deep healing.
The session consists of a non-invasive touch with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head, front and back of the torso. Harmony and Balance will assist you in helping restore your body back to it's natural balance using the Universal life force of energy. Reiki has many benefits. It helps release the affects of depression, anxiety, chronic pain and even relieves the symptoms caused by fear, stress and nervous tension.
