My background was in the Financial Services Industry for 13 years prior to my Real Estate career and I had performed various roles from technical to trading securities for some of Canada’s largest financial institutions. With this experience, my understanding of market behaviour is very helpful in determining market value and negotiating the highest possible price for your home. Expertise: My concentration is in the Central corridor area, the area between Hwy 404 (DVP) in the East to Bathurst in the West and from the North in Newmarket to down South until Queen’s Quay Blvd in the heart of downtown Toronto. I have helped clients purchase and sell condos, townhomes, semi-and fully detached homes in these areas. Communication: In today’s world it is critical to be able to communicate in a diverse number of ways.Therefore, I am able to meet in person, call, SMS, email, Skype, tweet, Facebook, fax, and even use QR codes to relay messages with my clients.
