My name is Joanna Morrison, and I am a registered clinical counsellor.

I am an accredited relationship and sex therapist working in private practice in Victoria, British Columbia. I offer a collaborative therapeutic working environment with singles or couples where together we create new possibilities for re-connecting to your partner, and time to communicate in playful and physical ways. Desire can be rekindled in your relationship. Sometimes there are underlying issues of conflict, which can often be explored quite painlessly. I offer therapy for those with emotional and sexual intimacy difficulties including discrepancies in desire, aging and medical conditions. I have extensive experience in the areas of trauma and abuse and working with clients in the LGBITQ2 community. I work with trans-gender and sexual preferences and issues that are associated with these, such as rejection or isolation from family. I have been counselling couples, young people and families through a specialist agency as a senior family therapist for the past five years.
