Hi Everyone,
My name is Kerry and I am 36 years old. I am a a busy mom and have a passion for helping people reach their full potential! Before I struggled to find time to dedicate to my health and fitness goals. Beachbody has been my answer. I was able to find a program to meet my time needs, a meal plan to take the guess work out of healthy eating, and Shakeology to ensure I was getting my nutrition. By following the program and working with my coach, I lost 17lbs in my first 30 days! I reached my goal weight within 3 months and I continue to work hard on staying fit, healthy and challenging myself. I decided to become a coach so I could encourage and empower others to achieve their fitness goals by sharing my experience strength and hope all while working on my own journey.
