When I first visited Vancouver over 20 years ago, I knew this was where I wanted to live. Seeing the downtown area from the top of Grouse Mountain was a scene out of a movie which I wanted to be a part of. Being a people person, I was committed to find a profession which allowed me to enjoy these incredible surroundings while interacting with people. Real estate has given me that balance and it’s become a huge passion of mine.
Since 2009, I have had the pleasure to work in projects, which sometimes included rezoning the properties from single house to town houses or commercial. I have broaden my experience to always ensure that I provide the best leading edge advice to my clients. In my career I have worked with a multinational consultancy company (Japanese/British/Canadian) and highly regulated government branches (British Embassy). I was a key speaker in seminars on ISO 9000 which deals with the fundamental of quality management system to help companies meet the needs of customers or stakeholders. This has enabled me to deal with complex interactions, owning top notch negotiation skills, and always securing the best deal for my clients. I look forward to helping you find your perfect home.
