we had picked up a very nasty bug with our laptop to the point is was not useable it had destroyed the hard drive. I thought it would be better to trash it but my wife found the Compware Tech Solutions ad online and she set up an appointment to have it looked at. Always the skeptic I dropped off just to see if there was anything that could be done. Honestly there is no where out there that you could find better service. Once he looked at it Richard called and explained exactly what was wrong with it and ran through the process he would do to fix it. He will do nothing until you are comfortable with the process so there are no surprises with the repair build at the end. Very pleased with the service he makes you feel like your a friend not a customer. very comfortable setting .and you will have a hard time trying to find better prices. So in a nutshell Excellent service, Excellent prices, I would defiantly recommend using him
