The service reps here aren't the most ideal, but I must say that my last walk-in to the store was more than pleasant. After my son chewed the remote, we had to get a new one. I was not listed as an account member, but having verified some details, the courteous gentleman said all I needed to do was bring back the "chewed up" remote as an exchange, and I walked out the store with a brand new one. Is it me, or does this seem like it doesn't happen anymore - you giving the business your word of promise and they fully trusting you. I know it was just a remote, but it was such a worthwhile experience to pinpoint how great some service reps at {expletive} (store) can be.
